Welcome to Waggly Shop. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of wagglyshop.com.au and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Service”). By using Waggly Shop you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
Waggly Shop is operated by Waggly Shop (ABN 24 372 836 944), 457 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.
2. What Waggly Shop does
Waggly Shop is an independent price comparison website for pet supplies sold by third-party Australian retailers. We do not sell pet supplies directly. When you click on a product, you are redirected to the retailer’s website to complete the purchase.
Any purchase contract is between you and the retailer. Waggly Shop is not a party to that contract.
3. Pricing and availability
We work hard to keep prices and stock information accurate, but we cannot guarantee they’re correct at the moment you click through. Prices, availability, shipping and any promotional offers are set and updated by the retailers, not by us.
Always confirm the final price, shipping cost and availability on the retailer’s website before completing your purchase.
4. Affiliate relationships
Waggly Shop earns commissions from retailers when you make qualifying purchases via our links. This does not affect the price you pay. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. No retailer endorsement
Listing a retailer on Waggly Shop is not an endorsement. We aggregate price data from third-party retailers. We are not responsible for the products, customer service, returns process, delivery, refunds, warranty handling, or any other aspect of any retailer’s business.
6. Veterinary disclaimer
Content on Waggly Shop — including product descriptions, categories, and any future articles — is provided for general information only. It is not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian before making decisions about your pet’s diet, medication, supplements or healthcare.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically harvest data from the site
- Interfere with the operation of the site or its security
- Use automated tools to access the site without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
8. Intellectual property
All site design, branding, written content, and code on Waggly Shop are the property of Waggly Shop unless otherwise indicated. Product names, brand logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for the purpose of product identification under fair-dealing principles.

Waggly Shop contains links to third-party retailer websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pricing data will be 100% accurate at all times

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
