What we can’t help with
Waggly Shop is a price comparison platform, not a retailer. We don’t sell pet supplies directly, so we can’t help with:

- Product warranty — Defects, replacements (contact the retailer or brand)
- Payment problems — Billing, transaction errors (contact the retailer)
- Stock availability — “When will X be back in stock?” (ask the retailer)
