What We Can’t Help With
Please note: Waggly Shop is a price comparison platform, not a retailer. We don’t sell pet supplies directly, which means we can’t help with:
- Order issues — Shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations (contact the retailer you purchased from)
- Product quality concerns — Defects, returns, or warranty issues (contact the retailer or brand directly)
- Payment problems — Billing, transaction errors (contact the retailer)
- Stock availability — “When will Product X be back in stock?” (ask the retailer)
If you’ve purchased pet supplies through one of our links and need help with your order, please reach out directly to the retailer you bought from (VetSupply, Pet Circle, Jumbo Pets, etc.). They’ll be able to assist you much faster than we can!
